No postage is required. Remember to cross
out your address.

Residents can
refuse to accept third class mail. One way is to copy this
message on a piece of paper:
"Refusing 3rd
Class Mail is allowed under Domestic Mail Manual Section D 042 - 'Conditions
of Delivery'. Please Process"
The paper should then be wrapped around the ads
with a rubber band and placed in the mail box.
