| First class mail with "address change requested" or "return postage guaranteed" can be marked:
"Refused - Return to Sender - Remove Name from Mailing List"
No postage is required. Remember to cross out your address.

Tip: print out multiple copies of this message on stickers and use on all your 1st class junk mail. |

Residents can refuse to accept third class mail. One way is to copy this message on a piece of paper:
"Refusing 3rd Class Mail is allowed under Domestic Mail Manual Section D 042 - 'Conditions of Delivery'. Please Process"
The paper should then be wrapped around the ads with a rubber band and placed in the mail box.
