Tiburon Open Space committee (TOS) is a nonprofit client of Kahl Consultants whose purpose is to preserve the incredible ridgeline Martha Property in Tiburon as a public open space.

We are excited that their mission is now on a path to becoming reality!

The Martha property is now likely to be saved from development and will be maintained as open space for current and future generations. After years of public pressure, the Martha Property owners have agreed to back off from their plans to sell the land to developers.

Trust for Public Land (TPL) has negotiated with the property owners, and TOS,TPL, and Marin County Open Space are now working hand in hand to protect it. They are gathering funds from various sources (including a bond measure in the Fall of 2022 and a share of Measure A funds), and corporate and private donations.
