Martha Property in Tiburon soon to become Marin County Open Space

Tiburon Open Space committee (TOS) is a nonprofit client of Kahl Consultants whose purpose is to preserve the incredible ridgeline Martha Property in Tiburon as a public open space.
We are excited that their mission is now on a path to becoming reality! The property is now likely to be saved from development and will be maintained as open space for current and future generations. After years of public pressure, the Martha Property owners have agreed to back off from their plans to sell the land to developers.
TOS, Trust for Public Lands, and Marin County Open Space have negotiated with the property owners. This means that Tiburon Open Space can now finally gather funds from various sources (including a bond measure in the Fall of 2022 and a share of Measure A funds), and corporate and private donations.
