In the past the FCC promised to uphold Net Neutrality. Now they want to give your ISP control of the speed or bandwidth distributed to an internet user. What you see and do over the internet will be limited, controlled and monopolized by high paying clients to all the known Internet Service Providers. This may result in a higher internet bill, controlled or limited flow of information and slower connection speeds.

Xavier Clandestinely, a newly discovered form of Android malware. Researchers found it in more than 800 apps on the Google Play store, it steals and leaks personal data.

Xavier has the capability to download and execute malicious codes. It comes with an embedded malicious behavior that downloads codes from a remote server, then loads and executes it. After that, it protects itself from being detected through the use of methods such as String encryption, Internet data encryption, and emulator detection.
